GBStraight to Competitor… I am considering a settlement advance and I always read reviews. There is someone with a smart mouth who puts exclamation points on responses where customers are not happy. The company is making a ton of money and the customer is basically unable to deal with other companies because of the contract clause, and a low paid employee has the nerves to be nasty in writing for other potential customers to see! Really? Management you just lost a customer because of the individual representing your company. Bakerstreet here I come!
