Frustrated and disappointed A school took $4500 and never delivered the services. I first did a demand letter with this company and after the defendant didn’t respond, I went the small claims direction. I paid more $ and also paid for an online notary who confirmed that my paperwork would be filed with the court. I kept my monthly subscription thinking getdispute was assisting me. Months have gone by and I’ve heard nothing. I called the court only to find out nothing was filed and nobody at getdispute responds to my emails. I went to this company for help only to be screwed over again! From other reviews I just read, it says they no longer file court paperwork so why was I led to believe they did. Why would I have spent the extra $ on an online notary if it wasn’t going to get filed? I wasted more money I didn’t have to find out this company did nothing. Where do I go from here? Why mislead people that are needing your help? Please refund my money if you don’t intend to file the court documents.

Well I was contacted via text by the… Well I was contacted via text by the individual that the dispute letter was mailed to, she informed me that she intends to pay me by drawing down from her 401K. That honestly means nothing to me in that I don’t know when and/or how these monies are to be paid back to me. If there was a way an individual could contact you & there’s some specifics in the letter and/or process given to them as to the how when & where you’ll be paid back & a time limit on that as well.

Deceptive and Extremely unhelpful Extremely unhelpful, non communicative, you can't get ahold of anyone, and they act this way in order to hide from any repercussions from their deceptive false advertising in their pricing plans, they promise you one thing for $99, then they bait and switch and try to charge you $350 for what the promised for $99, then they obfuscate and lie to try to get away with it, and hide behind their "policy" Lying thieves, is what they are Do not fall for their deceit

Far faster and cheaper than using my… Far faster and cheaper than using my attorney — way easier than doing everything myself. Not having to go to a courthouse or call a court (good luck finding time during their three hour windows) to file is a game changer.
