GBCustomer service was OK Customer service was OK. My emials were slow to be responded to. This company does not follow through with what they say. They told me I would be contacted in 7 to 10 days about some paperwork I submitted. No one sent me an email. After 10 days, I emailed to let them know I had not received an email concerning the paperwork. The company said, " This inquiry has been received. My assistant is following up and will be in touch tomorrow." I have no choice but wait. It is now 4:26 pm the next day and I still have not received an email from them. I understand that legal matters take time to remedy, but customer service should be prompt and trust worthy. When a company says they will do something on a certain day, they should do it. Or at least communicate why it is being done late.

GBI am fully satisfied with the service… I am fully satisfied with the service they provide, except the speed of the process that is very slow for evictions.

GBGetting a squatter out!!! After months of attempting to remove a squatter from my mother’s property in Alta, CA, I contacted Legal Documents Assistants (LDA PRO) to take over. Once I spoke to Ms Angela Jones about the extenuating circumstances of this case, I felt confident she could handle this matter. I have slept better since I am not thinking about what I may have done incorrectly on the court documents as they kept being rejected. Phew! Best decision we have made to get this person out of the cabin once and for all!!!
