Terrible Communication, deceptive and predatory promises, Waste of $170 dollars. Terrible Communication on service and attorneys behalf. Useless service, and bait and switch sales tactics. Disgusting company. Received no communication even after i attempted calling, messaging my attorney. Only communication from attorney was from a secretary that cases thru mytt are “second rate cases” for them. My recommendation is keep rescheduling your court date most courts dismiss it, or go yourself as most judges will be lenient and like for you to take accountability and show and will vastly reduce fine. I’ve submitted a BBB complaint and will be seeking further means. I was lied to, sales will claim you will not have to pay anything else and paint a pretty picture. Incorrect. Attorney said i will have to pay the whole fine, plus defensive driving, on top of the $170 for my “improper lane change” ticket. Stay away.

"available Monday from 8:00 am- 5:30… "available Monday from 8:00 am- 5:30 pm" I called Monday from 11 am to 2 pm and NOTHING, straight to voicemail that keeps saying I called "out of business hours" My court date is tomorrow Tuesday These people are no help, I mean how are you "closed" on a monday?.......Open a live chat portal or a direct text message receiving number if you're going to be ""closed"" and deny all incoming calls? what a joke

Successful dismissal Mytraffictickets.com was able to to get my ticket dismissed. It took them a while to do it and I would have preferred a little more communication after the reset court date, but I didnt ever have to show up and they DID get it dismissed. I am satisfied and would recommend them to others. I will note that I had a spotless driving record so your results may vary.

Since then, I recieved update emails and texts, and when I called to ask a question they were super helpful and friendly. The website is really easy to use and looks pretty cool.
