This company pushes you to file more than one class even though it is unnecessary, doing its best to make the process as expensive as possible! then they ask for lawyer fees while it wasn't even discussed before! NEVER NEVER NEVER!!! I ended up disputing my payment, wasted my time and have no result!

I filed for a trademark VAS-PR-1131 I filed for a trademark VAS-PR-1131, but wasn't receiving email confirmation. Called and spoke with Asher, who was extremely helpful and professional. Turns out, I put in the wrong email address. He got it changed over in their system and helped me through changing the password so I could access by dashboard. Asher was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent customer service. Thank you.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!!!! Where do I even begin? First, I am a stay-at-home mom with a small business that makes very little money, and they scammed $2,764 out of me despite their website saying it costs $249 for their deluxe package. Nothing on their website says anything about any additional fees that accompany their services, and these fees were never discussed with me prior. Do not trust them; do not do business with them. Learn from my mistakes and either file your stuff by yourself or find someone else to do it because you'll lose more money than it actually takes to file anything.
