MTThey registered my trademark with USPTO… They registered my trademark with USPTO at a very reasonable rate and provided me installment program which is a very convenient option for small businesses.

GBIncredibly deceptive. Incredibly deceptive. Make sure you understand the total cost upfront. This company advertises a price for acquiring a trademark, then proceeds to demand more fees that were not originally disclosed. Their representative will even go as far as to say that if the Trademark application is abandoned, you can no longer use your company name, and pressure you about final notices (They helped me apply in November of 2023, and in April of 2024 made it seem that I had to pay them immediately (you have six months).

GBSCAM Do NOT hire this company Do NOT hire this company. Similar to the other review, I signed up for the $145 plan plus filing fees. Well, after I paid I get a call to say I need to file for multiple classes and it’s gonna be $2100 on top of my $600 I already paid. They have a good sales pitch and make it sound legit so I said ok. After a week goes by I get an application, after asking them to correct a few obvious mistakes, Racheal explains “that’s” done on purpose to protect my identity and It’s normal and trust them. Well, they filed one trademark that was not properly done (Verified by my attorney) on USPTO’s website. According to USPTO’s website they paid $250 for the one application they didn’t even attempt to correctly file even though they charged me $350 x 6. She then contacted me to hire their “attorney” to monitor the application for $1800 and I must act now or risk the application going bad blah blah…this went on for a few days and that’s when the red flag was raised. Don’t fall for it like I did. Hire a local trademark attorney, turns out it’s much cheaper anyways. The only thing their good at is scamming you and that they are very good at it. Look up the company address under the contact us page and when I asked about it, they claim they have no reason to list their real address….smell what I’m stepping in!? Regarding Xpressmarks’s response, I’m more than happy to provide my bank statements and USPTO’s application to show fees and wrongful charges. I’ve already requested my application to be corrected and it was not. I only got a defensive and rude response asking why I’m questioning what they’re doing. Registered agent!? You’re using addresses that are vacant commercial listings.
