GBHorrible at process serving and worse… Horrible at process serving and worse with courtesy copies. They delivered to the wrong courthouse, dropped the document at the door rather than delivering it to the requested courtroom, then lied about it five times. They finally admitted it when I told them that the clerk never received it. As an attorney I can’t use a service that lies.

GBLocked out 40+ times on this account Locked out 40+ times on this account. On hold for so long it is ridiculous. I am on a deadline, as in statute of limitations. WTH??? The courts themselves need to let clients file directly, but they're a bunch of zombies & have no clue and or do not care. E-filing companies are useless middle-men that are completely redundant and should have never been created, but does anyone at the courthouse have a clue? Of course not. I have sent numerous e-mails, have changed passwords, credit cards & e-mails in an attempt to fix the problem, but nothing Works! First time filing IN PRO PER & due to Covid 19 court closures, no information as to mail in or drop box any docs in case of a computer break down, back logs or just plain incompetence.

GBConcierge service less than desirable Concierge service less than desirable. Needed to get a filing done due to statutory limits. Court rejected our first filing so we decided to use the concierge service. Stressed that we were about at the statute of limitations, but took several days and several calls and two concierge agents to get the filing done. Normally we have little issues for filings but this one was an exception.

GBThey dropped the ball HUGELY on my… They dropped the ball HUGELY on my case. told them I only had 6 days to serve, didnt tell me they wouldn't try over the weekend or on the holiday, then when they did try to serve they didnt give me notifications until after the final day to serve, which would've told me to serve a different individual. lost the ability to have my case heard and they charged me fully for this service. I am furious and will be contesting with my credit card company.
