GBI am sad that I fell into a trap like… I am sad that I fell into a trap like this. I was seeking help to get out of debt and they gave me a great offer. So I thought. And when I went to check on my funds in my account, I can’t get in. I couldn’t get an answer at the company. I finally got an answer and they said they were having issues with their website and starting with another. Ok. And I voiced my concerns over things I read on the internet and BBB. They basically tried to make me feel stupid because I believed that. I requested my account be closed. I canceled my global account. And I received VERY little money. $84 of $1305. And I requested more. This is unfair. They want to give me $281. They did NOTHING for me. And they kept my money. They say they spent a lot of money to set up my account. I know there has been some work done. But not $1305 worth. I notified the BBB. Hoping to keep others from making the same mistake I did.

GBThis company is a nightmare This company is a nightmare . I canceled my program due to the lack of communication, not answered questions and no proof of actions done to my case . After being in the program for 11 months paying without missing a penny nothing was resolve and I got a sue from wells Fargo. I paid over $9000 . And only got back $2600. Where is the rest of my money ??? You guys didn’t settle anything , the accounts didn’t get any back and forth communication like you guys told me . I called again today to speak with a supervisor and again I was told there Will be no more money refunded . I have decided to take this to the media and also contact the news so no more one person fall into this trap .
