GBTerrible Business Practice Scam call from someone named Sierra at Compass Tax Group. Said that there was a state tax lien that had been filed which is utterly false. There are no tax liens against our company and this is nothing more than a fraudulent unsolicited call to try and stir up business for themselves. Stay far away.

GBNo integrity- do not patronize! No integrity. Do not patronize! Scam call from this company. Claimed they found a tax lien against my company and offered their services. However, there are no tax liens against my company, and this just sent me down a rabbit hole and sucked 6 hours of my already overworked time to investigate. This is a dirty way of doing business and I hope no one supports this company.

GBWhat a nightmare What a nightmare! I received a few calls (I’ll leave the person’s name out for his privacy), however the first initial phone calls were okay, however I had not called them back due to the reviews and the feedback received from an individual. Anyway, I received another phone call from the same agent and he was giving me information that I hadn’t known, he then transferred me to his “manager”. If this is his manager then I’m afraid to meet the CEO. The manager was rude, condescending, and abrasive. He wouldn’t let me speak and then when I finally stopped him and asked him the main questions I need to know. He began to yell at me and became extremely aggressive. It was like a boxing match but instead of using fists he was using his mouth, then he proceeded to tell me that he doesn’t want my business. He went from saying they were looking to help, to saying they don’t want the business because they realize you’re on to their nonsense. The experience was truly unforgettable. They need restructuring and better training. Not everyone is going to be interested in your services, it’s apart of business. Instead these people throw tantrums and become disrespectful.

GBRude and Horrible service Rude and Horrible service! Even taking the time to give this negative review is not worth the time or respect the aggressive caller deserves. I wish you the best of luck and pray for this business because with cold calling manners that i experienced will be the companies own self destruction. I'm scared for my life and hate the fact that i even have to share my name. Good Luck
