I was excited to find CourtRoom 5 about… I was excited to find CourtRoom 5 about a month ago, very helpful in understanding key legal elements. Now that I am ready to sign up for the monthly plan, "The Lights are ON, but NOBODY IS HOME!" The A.I. is unhelpful and the "Get Started" link leads to a blank dashboard page, even after signing in. Yes, it is a weekend, but the Online Payment System still works, except for courtroom5, sadly.

A great service, the app code needs work in places The web technology has some bugs and they’re pretty significant. I had a lot of difficulty using the laws section and working with the cases. The forum seemed to have quite a few bugs too. I used Safari. In the beginning I found the tutorials very useful, but there hasn’t been any new content there in a while it seems. Narrower focused topics and in greater depth would be very helpful. There are so many, but one that discusses Findings of Fact or the parts of a court order in detail might be something that would help litigants. I’m actually going to be canceling my subscription. I think my skill has moved beyond the need for CR5. Im proud of that, but I also wish that it weren’t true because then I wouldn’t have spent so much of my life dealing with this unending mess. Thank you for helping me to get here!!!

Overall Time Saver Overall time savings on creating and printing out motions, and not having to type all in from in from scratch. Spell checker seldom works in real time, can't seem to change or remove nickname fields to keep from printing, and sometimes can't get motion title to appear or print on right side of first page.

Trial is too short! While this maybe a very decent and valuable service it's too short of a trial of the product to determine if the product is worth the price! Court cases takes WEEKS or MONTHS to accomplish and 5 or 7 days just isn't adequate. Also, there should be tiers of price level, not just one. Find ways to provide MORE VALUE before asking someone to pay! Could also benefit by having flat fee options.
