I've been putting this off for years… I've been putting this off for years simply because I didn't know where to start and who to contact, but I saw a vehicle with decals advertising wiping their record clean and reinstating their civil rights. I went online and started searching websites available to me and then I left my information and my call was returned very quickly and was very informative, and let's not forget that it's affordable too. Save your money Save your money. No returned calls, emails etc Paid in full April 2023. Didn't even touch anything until September of 2023. Said that it was filed. Local court says no. The BBB is unable to contact. The remaining options I have are 1. US Department of Justice Federal Trade Commission, Fraud Division 2. Texas State Bar Association Office of Chief Disciplinary Council Jalen Riley 3. Texas Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division 4. Federal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime Complaint center I just want them to do what I paid for. Or for everyone else, her are the options.

Absolutely no communication I hired this firm on 06/22/23. I haven't heard back from them since that day. I requested support to log into the portal they provided to check the status several times and received 0 replies. No returned emails or phone calls despite repeated requests. They haven't done anything for case or provided any updates. Update : It seems like there has been a drastic overhaul with the the way this company is handling its clients. They are being responsive and updating me whenever necessary now.
