Heard about it on his Handel on the law show. Hired them around thanksgiving 2017 and got my final paperwork about a week ago saying I didn’t own my crappy timeshare anymore. Thank goodness I found them. Never buy a timeshare. Especially an orange lake.

Now I have suddenly started getting… Now I have suddenly started getting emails and videos from Molfetta Law...I hope they can be trusted. Until then should we focus on reporting TFG ( California) and also our timeshare companies to the attorney general office in the state where this is happening?

We were ready to jump off a bridge… We were ready to jump off a bridge behind the con that the newly acquired Timeshare Company sold us after buying out the Timeshare company we had been happy with for 7 years. We called Timeshare Freedom Group 2 days after receiving an almost $4,000.00 maintenance bill, and they saved our lives. I thank God for directing us to the Timeshare Freedom Group, they are an honest organization.

I started the process with timeshare… I started the process with timeshare freedom group on 2019. It been two years and not cancelations at all. I recently received an email from Molfetta Law office stating that my two years contract with TFG was going to be ending soon. I called him right away and he told me that he only have two options to help me to get out of it. 1 was to go for foreclosure that will stay in my credit report for seven years. Option 2 was to pay off what ever what left from my time. In other words I paid about 5000 dollars for nothing. Besides that I was paying my mortgage from my Timeshare during the whole process just because I didn't want to affect my credit report. Furthermore I can't get in contact with TFG at all, it look like the change the phone number. We need to get together and take further action about this scam matter.

Not only scammed customers but employees too! I used to work for TFG for a year, until the sudden lay-offs happening. They were taking taxes out of our checks but suddenly started going from ADP to paper checks and they were withholding taxes out of the paper checks but once we received the actual W-2’s lo’ and behold, they were pocketing our withheld taxes and shows that we paid $0 in income taxes. I should’ve saw the red flags a lot sooner and high tailed out of there when customers would complain about their refunds and management refusing to return call backs. I’m pretty sure they’re out of business at this point, can’t reach anybody there anymore to resolve any issues.
