GBTimberline has been amazing except for… Timberline has been amazing except for our last request to skip our monthly payment this November. It was taken out of our account despite the request to skip the payment. We then called to get that money refunded, but the representative marked our account to skip our December payment. We just wanted the November payment refunded. Which was discussed on the phone. This situation was brought to the customer service managers.

PRBest decision ever. Best decision I made. This company helped me with my debt. Now I can say I'm debt free. Excellent customer service, excellent resolutions. I had a lot of credit cards debts and they helped me to reduce for less than I was supposed to pay. Thank you Timberline for making me free of debt.

GBPatti was very responsive and answered… Patti was very responsive and answered every question I had. She was extremely helpful - and personable! Robert Gallego with Versara-not as impressed. I was told that Timberline has to change out their phone number ever so offer so it isn't recognizable. When I asked what type of interest Versara charges, I never got a clear answer. When I got my denial letter, do to "missed payment's "with Timberline. What a total waste of time, he never bothered to look at my account. Very shady!!! However, I love Patti!!!! :)
At wits end
GBWaiting for over two months… I’ve been calling for over two months now to graduate out of the program, but no success. No one can give me an answer on what’s the reason for delay even after I paid the pending amount in full on 15th Nov, 2019. While the agents on the phone are courteous - they have time and again been unable to respond, always referring to the negotiations department that has so far not provided any explanation. It shouldn’t be this cumbersome to graduate out after paying the amount owed in advance.
