I hired the Law Office of Luis Bermeo… I hired the Law Office of Luis Bermeo on September 7, 2018. They were supposed to get me a DR. I haven't heard from them, I've called multiple times only to be able to leave a voicemail, I was able to reach a person the last time I called which was Monday September 22, 2018. I told her I needed to see a DR and that they had promised me they would set up and appointment and I hadn't heard anything. She stated they're working on it and I'd recieve an appointment notification in the mail. It is now September 28, no DR, no return calls from the attorney. When I first talked to Luis he was great and very helpful, he then set me up with a legal assistant, Juan and he is not taking care of me or calling me back.

I never received a call after my intake… I never received a call after my intake was completed. They dont care for the injured. Extremely disappointed as the ads on TV surely reflect otherwise.

I am so glad that I found 1800 the… I am so glad that I found 1800 the law2. They got me a lawyer right away. And I have been treated with nothing but the utmost respect.

The representative who answered the… The representative who answered the phone did not understand the nature of my case and ended up transferring me to a law office who had nothing to do with that case.
