great and fast service provided. I ordered a product on a Saturday 12/10/2022 that needed a vet's approval before being filled. On the following Monday 12/12/2022 my vet had a letter faxed for his approval and by Friday 12/16/2022 we had our medicine that our dog Lucy needed. I would say that is great customer service. Not a reliable company I have ordered from this company twice and have never received either of my orders. I complained and was sent an email the same day that I was told it should arrive o. It has been a month after my first complaint. I sent another complaint a week after that and have not had a response to the second complaint. it's been 3 weeks and have not heard anything. I would not trust this company. There is no way to track your orders.
