Processor support is a huge plus for sales agents I always receive great help from Customer Support and Tech Support when needed. So do my merchants which is very important! Also very good help with details of my merchants chargebacks when needed. SignaPay is responsive to both it's sales agents and merchants.

!!!New accounts take 1 week !!!New accounts take 1 week !!!!Manager lacked communication with ISO or not even email back when we have a questions . !!!!!! SAM application was too old to used underwriting rejected it !!!!!!!!! Prices list terminals cost to ISO did not provide
