GBPoor Customer service and lies. Poor Customer service and lies. Contacted chat to verify overnight was available in my area. They confirmed and stated if I put in my order then it would go out that day. The time was 3:15 pm Central. The next day I get an email that I did not place the order till after 4. I replied that I placed the order before 4 and got an email that they were central so it was 4:15 pm. I explained I was also central so it was in fact 3:15 pm when I placed the order and was told they would overnight. They stated they could ship overnight that day but would cost me full overnight cost though arrive a day late! I canceled the order. Bad company.

GBService is laughable There were several delays in shipping when I ordered. When I finally did get it it was the wrong model. I had to waste a ton of time getting it straight and they didn't seem to know what was going on. Find somewhere else to order from.

GBMike and Adam are AWESOME! Mike and Adam are AWESOME! They have great service and are quick to fix any issues that arise. My orders are shipped out much faster than the last company that I used and I am very happy with their service.

GBIncompetent or just stupid? I've been in the POS business for over thirty years and I've never received customer service as bad as this. Un-returned phone calls and emails were the norm, but when they did respond it was just mumbo jumbo and one outright lie. Two and a half months to order a terminal? They even charged my card six weeks ago for equipment they never shipped! I had to open a dispute with Amex to get the charge reversed. I've lost a long-time customer due to their failures. The company is incompetent from the president down to the office staff. Stay far, far away from the these guys!
