Helpful and considerate service I cannot recommend Fast Passport Center highly enough. David was who helped me, he was insightful, knowledgeable and patient, and took my needs seriously. All told I got mine back in about 4 weeks (which was the timeframe I paid for) no muss, no fuss, no hassle. They made a situation I found anxiety inducing very easy and as painless as government work ever is. Definitely seek them out if you're in need!

Their Service Rocks! Was in a pinch and needed to have my passport renewed within 3 business days. Contacted Fast Passport Center, spoke with David who answered all my questions and guided me through the process. Overnighted all my documentation on a Tuesday afternoon, received my new passport Friday afternoon as promised. Off to Europe in a day. Will definately be providing their names to others. Dishonest business owner After 1.5 months of following up with David we never received our passport. Our trip was ruined. After we paid him, we could hardly ever get a hold of him🤨 terrible communication and experience. There is a chance he’ll follow through on his promise, but there’s also a good chance he won’t. So if you choose this company be ready to be disappointed. We sent in our paper work 1.5 months before our trip, David said he would get us a passport in 2 weeks. We followed up with him every week, the times we were able to get ahold of him. He reassured us that it would be in our hands before our trip. At the last hour, 3 days prior to our trip he calls with bad news, something unexpected happened, it was out of his control he said but no clear explanation was given. No apologies were offered. When we received our paperwork back in the mail, we realized our documents were never even submitted! He had been lying to us the whole time.

You’re in good hands As soon as I emailed the company inquiring about services I was forwarded to Mr. David Donovan. He immediately called me to explain and answer further questions. A mistake came up on FedEx’s end which delayed my passport getting to me, after resending the application they told me it’ll take about 5 days to process and ship, I resent April 11th and received my passport April 18th.. if you do the math and don’t count the weekend that’s exactly 5 days! Now granted I didn’t need my passport until May 3rd so if it wasn’t for FedEx’s mistake I would’ve been had my passport sooner because that’s how fast this company is! I am so pleased with the communication and they exceeded my expectations. I never thought I’d have to do something like this and I’m thankful I ran into this company. Whenever I had a question they had an answer whether it was via text or phone call. They really live up to their name: Fast Passport Center, 10/10 recommend! Thanks to them my son will join me on my birthday vacation. I can’t thank everyone enough!!!

Fast, dependable and affordable I have used several agents for passport and visas. Fast Passport Center is the best. Whatever question I have, they are always there to help. Whether I call them or send emails to them, they are very quick to respond. Compared to other places, they provide top level services, but with affordable fees. I needed an immediate passport, however, almost all post offices were reserved to a month later. It is finally solved with David's help. Definitely will come back if needed in the future.
