I need somebody here who has purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 from Yevenn I need somebody here who has purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus from these people. Can somebody here who has successfully downloaded and installed the software please share step-by-step instructions on what I should have done? I bought 2-lifetime licence keys for Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus back on June 23rd last year. I thought this was for the standalone versions of Microsoft Office 2021 for PC. I was going to use one license when I got my new computer with Windows 11. That was earlier this month. When I clicked on the link, they gave me for the download; it was not the official Microsoft website. I ended up downloading Microsoft 365 from that link (unless I did something drastically wrong). I do not want Microsoft 365. Can somebody tell me why I ended up getting Microsoft 365 instead of Microsoft Office 2021 for PC? Please tell me I have got this wrong, and they are two genuine licences for the standalone versions of Microsoft Office 2021 for PC. I will change my review rating if someone can provide me with the proper instructions for downloading this software and using it effectively. My other question is, why can't I just download it from Microsoft's official website if these are genuine licences? That is what I should do, and if I do, will the serial keys still work?

Great customer service Great customer service, I don't know the guy's name that helped me but He is the only reason I would recommend your service in the future and will do so. So maybe I need to give you more stars just for that. I had some difficulty downloading the right product which he found and did download for me. It was not seamless but he stayed on it until he had everything working as it should.

Purchased a licence for Windows 11 Pro Purchased a licence for Windows 11 Pro, but it licence key supplied had already been used on too many computers. i.e. it did not licence my product. Other buyers beware

I am being completely honest 10 out of 10 I am going to be completely honest with this review I thought this was gonna be a big scam but it actually wasn't. I even messed up my order and they helped me fix it and gave me the proper activation code. I have had way better support on this website than I've had on other known brands. They respond quickly as long as you email them during business hours which is from 9 am to 10 pm eastern time. And they truly give products at a lower cost with no weird sneaky backlash or scam. overall 10 out of 10 business.
