Didn't follow directions for format or time requirements but did make things right. Please read this entire review before jumping to a conclusion. My jobs were accepted but the directions were not followed and took twice as long to get anything translated. Four stars because they did offer me a fair refund. The people I dealt with wanted to be helpful but just didn't come through the way I had hoped or expected. I had a VERY short timeline and technical documents in a not so mainstream language. In the end I was treated fairly and always with a high level of professionalism. Even though this first piece of work wasn't too smooth I will try them again.

CAUTION: Not responsive to paying interpreters for work I am an interpreter and have done work for this company. They are unresponsive when it comes to paying me, not answering my frequent attempts to contact them and be paid for my work. Be very cautious working for this company
