GBI wasn't aware of the subscription… I wasn't aware of the subscription charge for the Facebook resources. David @ customer service help me understand the charge. I told him I'm not on Facebook yet. He gladly cancelled and refunded the charge.

GBToby @ Credit Secrets Toby, I hope that I spelled his name correctly, was extremely helpful and informative not only in regard to what Credit Secrets has to offer as he answered my questions succinctly but also in the reason why my CC was not being allowed to be processed. I contacted the CC Co per his advice and had the card approved to accept the transaction. To my delight, when I called back 15 minutes later, "Toby" answered. He still had my page open, knew exactly what I wanted and we were able to process quickly. 5 STARS!!!!!
