My experience with KDP was amazing My experience with KDP was amazing, but it is also somewhat funny. I wanted to publish my book, The Twelve Human Energy Centers, via KDP Amazon. As soon as I searched, I got into a conversation with, Lucy O'Neal, their contact support, and soon after I was connected with Zayn, my project coordinator. I told them my demands and specifications, and my project was soon taken over. It was after a good 3 weeks, in the middle of the project, When I realized that the platform, I am working with is Kinetic Digital Publishers , and not KDP Amazon. This cracked me up so badly, that I couldn't stop myself from sharing the incident with everyone. All things aside, my experience was great and not for a single moment did I regret choosing KDP, instead I think they're far better than KDP Amazon in terms of quality, time management, and meeting deadlines.
