Shipped from Amazon I chose to order from Just Kids Books to avoid Amazon. By doing so, I gave up gift card and wrap options and paid slightly more. The books shipped from Amazon, so my sacrifice was for naught and I unknowingly supported the company I am trying to avoid.

Prices are very good! My granddaughter was wanting to find a series to read 📚 and your company was the best price and greatest condition for all the complete series! It was delivered fast and explained perfectly.

Crappy Customer Service So ordering was easy, it arrived quickly, but the items arrived damaged. When I contacted them about. Replacement it took an entire week for them to even decide to send me a refund at least 4 emails in that week trying to figure something out. So I told them that because of their awful customer service I would like a replacement and a refund. I also asked for a paid postage label to return the damaged set in which they told me that they don’t supply a paid postage. I should not have to pay to make a return. I will not be purchasing from them again!!
