Support after the sale was great Had an issue with some of the images in the online manual I received, text was not clear... Expected to simply get disregarded and refunded, or worse fight for a refund. Instead customer service located a better copy and updated my manual... amazing support.

Half of manual for full price Update: Emanuals reached out and offered me a full refund. I am grateful for that. So what I can say is, reach out before you purchase and ask them to review their content making sure all the sections are completely there. They seem to want to make sure their customers are satisfied. Thank you Original review: I needed a shop manual. You showed me a preview of what I was buying. I bought it and it was missing the most important section. I paid for a whole manual and got half of it. I asked for a refund and was told there is no refunds.
