I couldn't download the manual they… I couldn't download the manual they directed me too. After the 4th time I requested a pdf version for my purchase for a BMW F01 2009 740i model automatic 3litre turbo e54 engine. Which they stated this is the download speed you purchased to obtain the manual. Absolute unfair ethics. I shouldn't have to ask numerous times. Send me the pdf version

The right manual for the job The manual I needed was exactly what they provided. It is the actual GM service manual that mechanics use in the shop. Very detailed step by step instructions with all of the cautions and warning to prevent you from damaging parts or getting injured while performing work on your own car. Would recommend their method of providing manuals to anyone. You can be fixing your car within minutes after ordering your manual.
