Poor Experience Order # 220611-3 Sent three textbooks through USPS. Shipping tracking never shows that they arrived. Heard nothing. Checked in 4 weeks later and was told the books were damaged in transit, could not be accepted, and were mailed back. Nearly 4 weeks later and have never received the books. Messaged them again and have not heard back. Did they steal them? Maybe. What are the odds the package is damaged on the way there and then lost on the way back? I sold some other textbooks around the same time through SellBackYourBook.com via UPS and received my PayPal credit within a couple weeks.

Beware - Do not sell them your textbooks. I recently sold a book to them that I had a concern with. Their webpage indicated that the book in question was a paperback and not a loose-leaf edition that I had. I called their customer service line and was assured so long as the ISBN number matched, there would be no problems. A few days later I received about 25% of what I was expecting and was told that the sale was rejected since it was not a paperback edition. I messaged them to cancel the sale and request my book to be shipped back but its been 2 weeks and their customer service are not helpful in resolving this issue.
