Communication With Your Team is Key! I had a fairly good rapport with my publishing team. They did great work with the cover. They listened to my suggestions. Every now and then I'd be curious about something, and I would have to be proactive about inquiring what something means, or why something was done the way it was. I would have liked to have been kept in the loop a little better (e.g., why certain decisions were made, etc). But all in all communication was good. Also, I am an amateur at editing and formatting. It is an area I needed much help in, but I ended up having to do some of the work in recognizing whether footnotes were done correctly. I noticed that they weren't consistent the way I wrote them. So, I had to speak up about making sure we standardized them. But aside from a few areas where I felt I was on my own with respect to catching formatting mistakes, the team did a wonderful job!

Great communication! I am a self-published author who has… I am a self-published author who has used other publishing companies and feel as if I did not get what I paid for. This is not so with AMZ Pro Hub. The entire process from submission to availability on Amazon and Kindle happened much faster than I expected. Chris Young was assigned as my project manager for my latest book, a Western entitled “Cheyenne Circumstance”. Communication has been great.
