I had just finished writing my book and was ready to publish it and it's now published on Amazon! The quality looks great and the editing and formatting done was phenomenal. I felt I really trusted Mark throughout the publishing process and he was there for me every minute I reached out to talk to him or ask a question and he was patient in explaining how the marketing team worked and what they would do for me. Each time I sent an edit for my book I would get a prompt reply within hours or early the next morning after submitting something at night of what they were doing to help me get a step further in the publishing process. Mark is a genuine sincere person who I know cared that I was feeling I'm trusting everyone and that they are doing everything I'm wanting. They made a website that was more than I could ask for and he was always one step ahead of me keeping me posted. Roger at Amazon Book publishing kept me informed. Roger at Amazon Book publishing kept me informed on a regular basis, was responsive to questions, and his team did what they promised. I do feel that their company name is misleading because they are not THE AMAZON. It says so on their website, but I missed that. However, they did do a good job with their blogs, optimizated my website, and gave me a good presentation on Google. Roger was respectful at all times, which I appreciated. Their services are a little pricey, but they'll work with you on payments.
