Amazon Publishing Company was great!!! I recently self published a children's book through Amazon Publishing Company. I was extremely pleased with the service. Peter Wilburt was my project manager. He was a delight to work with. I was super picky about every aspect of the process. However, Peter was great. He was always responsive when I reached out to him and he never lost his patience with me. I will be using this company and Peter to assist me with my second kids book.

Five stars are not enough Five stars are not enough. As a screenwriter, navigating ‘publishing world’ was a foreign but necessary duty with this providential book I was conscripted to write. Peter and his team were knowledgeable, kind and flexible in getting this project to print. Peter, in particular, provided personal and hand-holding assistance to get this very important book to reality and into the hands of grieving moms. Every one affected will be forever grateful.

He would send gentle reminders that items were due. It was a simple program to use and everything came out exactly the way we hoped!

One word- EXCEPTIONAL!! The team at Amazon publishing agency was amazing. My chat with Emily was productive as she quickly grasped my visions and explained the best approaches for launching my first book. Her patience with me throughout was truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend them and give them 10/10 points for answering my questions despite me being initially hard to work with.

TERRIBLE customer service! They will leave you stranded! It took MANY months longer than expected to finalize the book. I received my author copies and there was an error in the format. I requested it to be fixed and new copies and this again took months. I finally received new copies but the error was not fixed. I have tried to reach someone for SEVERAL months regarding this and CRICKETS! They took my money and left me stranded.
