Update to my first review I mentioned in my first review that I would write again upon completion and publishing of my book. I initially worked with Vincent then Harry joined the team. Both of them had excellent communication skills and kept everything going smoothly. Were there wrinkles? Yes, there is no such thing as perfection...but that was to be expected and they bent over backwards to get done what I requested. I am very happy with the outcome and they have started to work on marketing along with a third team member, Janet, with their excellent skills. I am so happy to have a successful outcome!

Well-crafted finished product! Writercosmos produced a well-crafted finished book with solid binding. I was much impressed with the finished product. Janet Millar was my pre-press contact and she always answered my emails promptly and thoughtfully.

Lack of Communication There was a complete lack of communication between the initial chat on the website and the actual team I worked with. The service I signed up for wasn't delivered and then it was a long battle to be refunded. Emails were ignored by Writercosmos and then return phone calls were not made despite them promising they would. I finally went through their chat feature on the site and was told my refund was now being processed. Not a pleasant experience

The work and responses were done quickly. Vincent Clayton encouraged my project and helped on the book cover design. I am also thankful to Janet Millar helping review and improve the manuscript from the initial phase to final production.

I worked with Derek and my experience… I worked with Derek and my experience with WC has been super amazing. Everyone on the team is really nice and super patient making sure that things were done right. Definitely will use them again if I publish another book in the future. 10/10 recommend!
