James Enzo, Project Manager, The Untimely Moment James Enzo was the Project Manager for my manuscript of poems. This was my first attempt at self-publishing. James was always willing to help, to guide me, available by email, text, and phone, responding in a reasonable time frame. He was courtepus, friendly, and laughed at my jokes (worth his weight in gold for that). When someone on the team thought it appropriate to edit my (a poet's) work, we discussed and he reversed the edits. James really came through with the cover, listening to my wishes and coming up with ideas that made it sing! I believe he and I learned a lot together. I will request him for my next book!

One of the resolutions was to assign James Enzo to my project. He has been a tremendous help and a great pleasure to work with. He is very responsive- prompt and clear in his communication. He works to ensure I am satisfied with the work being done on my project. If corrections are necessary he takes care of then immediately. Both April and James are great to work with.

My representative Tina and Me My representative Tina, made sure my wishes and words came first priority. She always left me feeling I did a good job and felt confident in my work. I was very fortunate she was my rep. As well I asked her a lot of questions some more than once and she always came through with answers and that I was doing just fine. And here I am.

The pleasure of working with Ella Clarke I had the pleasure of working with Ella Clarke, formerly a project manager who was promoted to manager. After some challenges and frustration working with a previous project manager, Ella took over the cover design. She exemplified professionalism, thoroughness, and creativity which resulted in a whole new cover design that is amazing! Working with Ella who has terrific communication skills made my experience extremely positive.
