I do NOT recommend this service. Huge downtimes without an actual GOOD explanation, tickets are a hit or miss with some people having ~4 days (which is still a lot) and some people having going for weeks without a reply. Whenever they experience problems they shut down their OFFICIAL support discord to *stop repetition of messages.* which is NOT how you handle things. and their 'updates' are hardly anything informative.

Very good support Very good support, needed boot command changed but wasn't an option, so I filed a ticket and within a day it was changed. Loving the new design language, although I'm a bit suspicious of them claiming it's their own design language when it is obviously from https:// demos.creative-tim.com/ argon-design-system/ They have also removed the footer that credits the creator. Good service, but suspicious owners. EDIT: DeluxeNode replied and turns out it was just because of Cloudflare minification. 5/5 company!

Servers go down often Servers go down often, and customer support is non existent, they prefer to just ignore people until they go away. If they know there's a server problem they have a habit of removing your ability to contact them. When the server works, its a pretty simple easy solution. Would not recommend until they fix their support.

Insane Downtime! Purchased a web hosting package with Deploys.io, have been having major downtime with little to no updates about the situation, site has been offline for nearly 5 days with no updates or resolution in site and prior to this, they claim to be having major upstream issues. Used to love deploys, but alas no longer.

Outperforms competition in every concievable way. Instant support. Extremely well-made UI that makes management much smoother for servers. No downtime, and always stable connections. Did I mention that the service is cheaper than all competitors, even with CPU's like the AMD Threadrippers 2950X and 1900X?
