Avoid Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!! We were very impressed by Paul's convincing sales pitch and signed up for a year! Through out the year we received terrible leads, completely useless... who would not know why they were being contacted, and where we were getting their contact information from, and sounded quite clueless and lost on the calls. A complete waste of time to pursue, but we tried nonetheless. At the end of the contract period, I informed them in writing that we do wish to continue as our experience with them was completely abysmal an they informed me that our contract has been auto-renewed for another year and are continuing to charge me monthly an exorbitant amount and not one credible/useful leads to show up for it. Don't waste your time or money here... it's just a con!

This company is a scam This company is a scam. Don't believe anything they say. The leads are all fake people who never respond or follow through even when they've agreed to contract. They all go ghost. All the numbers were basically Google numbers.. thus company states it doesn't guarantee results. And read your supposedly contracts if they ever gave you one thoroughly . Ageras is the best! I had looked up accounting services online on a Friday afternoon and called Ageras And spoke to Erin. She asked me specific questions about my needs. I expected nothing much to happen until Monday, but within 20 minutes I had 2 offers from two different accounts in my inbox. I spoke to both and chose the one I had a long conversation about my situation as it was complicated with 3 LLC’s. The service is top notch and the referrals are amazing. The accountant I chose knew just what to do for my particular situation. I felt relieved that I had found someone who could help me. Thank you Ageras!

Unresponsive I found Agerus through an ad on Instagram. I signed up to find an accountant to help me file taxes. I never got any recommendations and it's been over a month. I have also tried emailing them and not received a response. Total waste of my time. I do not recommend Agerus unless being completely ignored is your thing.

Ageras' communication is not good Was targeted with an ad on Instagram for Ageras. Tried referring Ageras business from Wall Street and they fumbled it away. My referral called, emailed and used webchat and could not get a person to answer about pricing (which is missing from their website) when needed. Their website shows multiple account managers, but the account manager that emailed me said he is the only one at the company that could have this call with my referral, and he wasn't working that day and wouldn't be able to call for a couple days. Unacceptable.
