I have never used a full itemized register before, but this one has been well thought out, easy for anyone to use, has everything we need for startup and future plans. Easy to program on the register or take home the iPad (must have option) Great customer service! Whenever I called, someone was there to assist, never rushed, and understood everything I had asked. I use for my quick mart I use for my quick mart. I have about 10,000 items with no issue. Datio loaded for me without additional charge. I like the employee management and time cards. I use the EMV option. Customer support is great, I like the help via text also. I have used for about 2 years now. Great product.

Datio POS let’s me track inventory and… Datio POS let’s me track inventory and I can review store sales reports from my phone at any time. I recommend this POS to anyone looking for a simple to use solution.

There are some elements of the system… Room for Improvement - There are some elements of the system we really like but 1.) software is in need of basic improvements (sales tax, reporting and more) 2.) completely stunned that I couldn't check a customer out because my monthly Datio fee didn't process on my credit card and I was shut down without any notice, also 3.) had to follow up several times before I received a promotional credit.

This POS system is the best! This POS system is the best!! We can keep track by associate so everyone's sales are easily accessible on the reports. The employee management feature makes it easy to keep private info private. We love the inventory tracking and endless tech support/ cuts service. They're always willing to help. I highly recommend this system.
