But John Reed gave me a call and not only apologized, but also admitted that I was not treated in a professional manner and Page link would continue my website for two years with no additional costs. John is not only professional and courteous, but he is also very good with people and understands the importance of being up front (honest) with authors from the start. Who ever John's boss is, I would recommend for a raise for him. He calmed me down won me back for at least two years. I know John is a Christian and it really shows.
