GBThe worst amazon book publisher ever. This firm has no skills to place a book on amazon. Their staff is not who they represent themselves to be and one staff member, Solomon, is known for being able to scew up the simpilist task. Walter is a salesman who does not correct errors. In fact, this is a company with no skills except the most simple such as creating a logo except if given to Solomon.

GBThe marketing of `"Far Flung Fragments" - excellent minus some minor criticisms… I liked the marketing of Far Flung Fragments". It was lively, colourful and attractive. I wold have given the whole exercise five stars except for the difficulty of obtaining a valid password, accessing my account (how much royalties earned), and a clear explanation of exactly what I have paid for). I hope it will be a simple matter to clarify these points to a beginner author who can then give a five stars without hesitation. s"

GBI do not recommend using Savy I do not recommend using Savy. I will not be using them for my next books. I have been trying to publish 2 books with this company for over a year. They claim to be editors, yet I personally went back and found countless spelling and grammatical errors, that I had to point out to the staff. They have a HUGE lack of communication when it comes to their process and all the different delays of your book. Additionally, they will say things like "We will work on this simultaneously" all while failing to even discuss or recognize 50% of the project. They will say things like "We have everything we need to move forward" and then will not reach back out to you. YOU have to take the initiative to check in on them- what is the status, has anything changed in the last 2 weeks, or 3 weeks, are we actually moving forward (the answer was no movement btw). I am baffled that they have higher reviews online but can see now that they ARE NOT BBB Accredited. I WILL NOT be using them for my next books and will be sure that others are aware of their poor customer service, communication, and editing skills.

GBDo NOT use Savvy Book Marketing or SEO… Do NOT use Savvy Book Marketing or SEO Prohub UK. Firstly, they are not based in the UK and they are not registered at Companies House. They have not adhered to the contract I had with them. They told me the contract was written by a person who had now left the company so wasn't relevant - clearly they will say anything to wriggle out of their responsibilities. Their work is unprofessional, littered with errors and they will not protect an author - especially a first time author who may not understand the important of book size, font size, spacing, margins and the impact this has on royalties. They changed my book to A4 size without telling me, meaning my royalties would have been, at best, 27p per book. Luckily, I have engaged an independent printer who spotted all the errors and warned me so I could terminate the contract before Savvy did any further damage. I have referred the case to Trading Standards, Action Fraud (for misuse of my credit card), the two credit card companies I used and I intend to take legal action if all monies they have taken are not returned. They have left me almost £2,000 in debt and I have had books printed with ISBNs that now do not belong to me which again is a breach of contract - so I've got to reprint books to the tune of £4,000. I'm substantially out of pocket. DO NOT use this company and do not believe the positive reviews unless you can contact the person direct because I strongly suspect (although I have no proof) that the reviews are from company employees.

GBA very positive experience! The team who worked with me on my first book "A Day With Mac" deserve 10 stars!! Helen was so helpful and fun to work with. I knew nothing about the process of publishing a book and she patiently worked with me until it was exactly what I had in mind. I can hardly wait to have the books in my hands!! Thank you so much! When I have the second book (and others after that) in my series ready I definitely want the same team to do them!
