GBUnprofessional Company… We used this company to file our construction notices on 7/8/22. NCS did not perform the requested filing of a Stop Notice/Bond Claim in a timely manner. We canceled service after that. Since we canceled their services and would no longer require the monitoring service, we requested a refund of the monitoring invoice that we paid. Rather than refund the invoice, Mary Cowan applied a credit to the invoice for the Bond Claim that they filed late. So since we technically paid for the Bond Claim, we requested a copy of the delivery tracking. Therese Scarpella refused to provide us with the tracking information.
