The company that built and hosted my website turned it over to Ryan.Chase Amazon Publishing Experts and shut it down within 24hrs. Of me knowing him as he asked for $15,000 to bring the website back up. Nice way to treat a customer, a Senior Citizen. Failed to refund as promised. I contracted with Online Book Writers to help market my newly released book. The copy they wrote was not up to my standards and they did claim to rewrite with "better" writers. Fail! The copy read like written by writers for whom English is a second language or sixth graders. After several failed attempts, they agreed to refund my $2,999 initial payment. I have had several conversations with them and they said they would have their financial people handle the refund. I have not received the money. I won't call them a scam yet but if I don't get the refund, this will change. Peter Nesbitt
