No reply other than one reply two months ago saying they were waiting on the broker. They stole my money and i see they just replied to another person within 10 hours ago. The first 6 weeks all the customer service Reps said they would send my issue to the "Relevant Team" which doesn't exist. Once I finally received assistance, the assistance was an article on how to withdraw your money. Still I receive errors every time i try to make a withdrawal attempt and they just send me the same instructions (Which are weak instructions).
