Poor service The company said they would notify me when my books shipped. They didn't, the books went to the wrong city. By the time I followed through, it was too late. I notified them several times that I had not received the order and that it went to the wrong address. Over three days I have received no response; their customer service numbers are constantly busy. Extremely poor service.

false stock I ordered a book that I couldn’t find anywhere else, there was one left in stock so I ordered it and got sent an order confirmation. The payment was still processing three days later and then I received an email that it had been cancelled because they didn’t have it in stock. They said a refund would be granted but I haven’t received it yet.I’m also pretty sure the positive reviews on here are false as they all say basically the same thing.

Beware! I purchased a $150 commentary set (7 volumes). It took about a month for the package to be delivered and when I opened it, only 1 book was in the shipping package. I emailed Xasia. She was slow to respond and is now not responding. I will be filing a claim with my bank and this “business.”
