Red Flag number four. So I did a search on McZell Book blublishing and there are 3 BBB complaints within the last 12 months and then this TrustPilot site. Okay FIVE strikes and you are out.

The product that I have pay for, there's many grammatically flawed sentences. The work that I hired them to do, they gave me back poor quality work for the end product, and McZell won't even take the time to make the corrections that I told them to do.
