Do not order from this place they don't… Do not order from this place they don't sent the records and they haven't refunded me my money back and it has been months

Terrible company. Do not use. One item in my order did not ship from an order placed months ago. They refuse to respond to my emails and refuse to refund my money.

Scammy - Bait and Switch. Had to threaten to get refunded. Ordered an in stock and available LP in mid-December 2023. Didn’t hear a thing for a month. Emailed them three times before getting a reply. They said it was out of stock. I immediate check the site and it still shows as in stock and available. They ask if I wanted a different album. No, I want what I ordered. Seemed like a bait and switch. I requested a refund. Crickets. Emailed them 3 more times. On the last email I told them I’m charging back my credit card. Had a refund in 4 minutes. Completely scummy way to run a business. I’ll never spend another dime there.

Never Received My 2 Records I placed an order for two records on sale at excellent prices from here back in February. It is now April 3rd and I have yet to receive them. Not only that but there has been zero communication throughout the entire process other than the order confirmation receipts. Thankfully I was able to cancel my order through their self-cancellation service. I just did it so I will wait and see if I'm refunded for them. If not, I will take further action if necessary. To the people saying that this company is a scam, it's not, it's just poorly ran. I say this because I ordered a Post Malone record in the past and it came relatively fast. I also read an email from them back in December saying they were having staffing issues. Basically they are over their heads, similar to Merchbar where I had the exact same experience. Because of this, I cannot recommend using Sentinel Vinyl in the future or at least for now anyway. This saddens me to say because I really like the website.

SENTINEL VINYL IS HORRIFIC I've been on 2 vinyls that I ordered back in December, it is now March and I still haven't gotten an update. They only told me that my "Ye" album is on back order. Please never order from here EVER!!! This website seems too shady, I don't recommend it.
