Kathy Boykin (my initial consult) was a reassuring presence and helped calm my anxieties about my move, while Leslie Funk, my client guide manager who supervised the actual packing and moving, was very organized, calm, and thorough. There were a few delicate items she packed personally to ensure their safety during transit. She stationed the right members of her team in the right areas to make the most of their expertise, and the various packers and movers worked well together like a well-oiled machine. I couldn't be more pleased.

I wasn't sure what to expect.. I wasn't sure what to expect... They arrived on time and began labeling and shrink wrapping all furniture. Both Brandon and Mike were very courteous. They delivered my stuff with utmost care and were very thoughtful when they unloaded my boxes into my apartment so I’d be able to access them with ease. Bravo! Our items were delivered today, very well-wrapped, after being stored for @3months. We were thrilled with their careful handling, unwrapping and even assembly of our heavy California King Bed! Mike and Brad arrived a half hour early… Mike and Brad arrived a half hour early and were fast about moving everything. Though they had already completed several orders, and there was some trouble finding parking, they both remained positive and upbeat. As an out-of-state student this service is super handy for storing all of my stuff when I go home for the summer. The whole experience of pickup and delivery was smooth and friendly; I highly recommend it.
