GBI never write negative reviews I never write negative reviews, but this time I was left with no choice because of such poor customer service. The website had issues processing and accurately categorizing my order, I had to speak with multiple people to get the issue resolved who all either a) said they would call back and didn't or b) passed the buck and told me to speak to someone else and put the responsibility on me to reexplain a situation that was their mistake. And through all of it, they made excuses rather than owning what had happened. Maybe this is the standard for insurance companies; they see their product as a necessity so they make no effort to treat their customers as customers.

GBReally upset Really upset. Tried to renew my insurance and pay monthly. It charged me $200 without authorization/completing the payment. No monthly payments and I can’t even tell if the start date aligns with when my current insurance runs out. Never given the option to apply discount code for renewing early and customer service isn’t available. This process was so sketchy and hurts me deeply financially. I will not be continuing using this insurance

GBIt was really easy to do without any… It was really easy to do without any problems. I having been trying to renew my policy with another insurance company and have called an e-mailed them. They keep saying they are going to email me and nothing! So happy to get it done quickly.
