And this was observed in the last couple of weeks on spotify and that they will have to paused all my songs until they can do a full investigation. On April 12 of 2024, I contacted Pitch -Us with the matter and have requested to stop all campaigns and seek for a refund as per my Distributors email. Pitch Us did nothing! All they said that my distributor couldn’t do that. They also sent me a small screen shot where apparently they were promoting my tracks through Facebook ads and the numbers displayed on the campaign did not match the streams that I was getting. I asked them to send me a full screenshot and they didn't do it as they said that they have already provided me with all the information and my distributor did not have the right to take my songs down. I wrote to them 18 emails requesting for information and requesting for a full refund. To date, Pitch us ignores my request and they do nothing about. I have lost 3 weeks of streams and all of my songs were paused until this week that I was able to salvage most of my songs. However, I lost the song that I purchased the campaign with this Pitch Us company. Im working with an attorney now in Delaware to take this site down as there has been a number of people having the same situation with this company. Im not only seeking for a refund now but also seeking for compensation with the aim to take this site down to avoid other artist to go through the same scam. These people don't care about you! I tried to do this in an amicable way and sent them over 15 emails seeking support and also seeking for a refund. They blame everything to the distributor and they wash their hands and don't take any responsibility. PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM and you are welcome to join me in the litigation lawsuit against this company. They claim fans advertising and go look at their website the first thing you will see is their score at trust the pilot and you will see that they lie! you will not get your money back and their claims in their website are false!

The "taster" gave the algoritm a big boost. I had to confirm with Spotify's support that the increase in streams was legit. Oh they were indeed! It's probably some kind of black magic, but Pitch-us did not gave me "ordinary" streams, they gave me streams only from "radio" and "autoplay" sources. Which means that the increase was due to people finding my music from Spotifys automatic playlists, decided to put them in their playlists and actually continued to listen to them. The algoritm completly ignored me prior to pitch-us. But now my stats are basically 20-25% new listens from algoritmic playlists. 40%-45% from returning listeners and the rest from other sources like from my social media accounts. THANK YOU! Will run more campaigns ASAP.

Good Experience First of all I launched this campaign for testing purpose, campaign started with 2 days of delay and now in the 12th day of campaign I have received about 8k streams (most of them from radio source) and about 2700 saves.
