Archway Publishing came through big time! Archway helped me to publish my first novel, and I couldn't be more pleased. Faye was my concierge, and she was wonderful! She responded to my inquiries quickly; encouraged me to keep going when I began to drag my feet; cheered me on; and made the whole process easy. I purchased the line edit and was satisfied and grateful for the finished product. The cover design team was top shelf. So far, the response to my cover has been overwhelmingly positive. The print-on-demand softcover is of a higher quality than I anticipated. I'm planning on writing a sequel and will definitely choose Archway Publishing again.

Helpful anad speedy responses. Every contact with my assigned "concierge" and other contacts at Archway was helpful, to the point and responses were speedy. I was amazed at the speed at which my book was on the market.

Outstanding support; highly recommend Archway I’m writing this while still in the process (read that—not yet published). Thus far I haven’t run into any of the negative issues described by other reviewers. My calls/emails/questions have been answered immediately and knowledgeably. Yes, there is some up-selling—but you have to look at this as a printing service. In short, you get what you pay for. If you need or want additional help ( Ie, an illustrator to help design a cover), you have to pay for that. I completely self-published a previous book in 2013, and it cost 4k to do so. I’ve spent 5k with Archway for far more help, quality, and support. In terms of the process I give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

I published my first book with Archway… I published my first book with Archway Publishing a few weeks ago. They were very professional and helpful through the whole process. My book was 612 pages and took a lot of work to complete, but they were there each step of the way to make sure the book was completed the way I wanted it. I would highly recommend Archway to anyone wishing to publish.

I haven't received a royalty check… I haven't received a royalty check since 2021. However, Archway Publishing has received over $5,000 in sales from my books. Customer service is horrible and haven't been supportive in helping me. The manager is currently on vacation, however I have yet to be paid for my hard work.
