GBMaking the right decision I'm very glad that I have joined the Art Storefront. Since I have no marketing experience at all, with ASF's help I'm getting to know what is needed to sell some of my photo images. Last week I got my first sale. It was small but a beginning. I'm on the co-pilot program. I was running into some confusions. Once a ticket was issued, I got my help the next day. Everyone at ASF is very helpful when come to support. I believe it will take some time to prove if I made the right investment. But I feel with my effort and ASF's assistance, I have the confidence that I can achieve my goal.

GBI got more than expected when I called needing help! I had an issue uploading a photo for my website. It had been quite awhile since I'd tried this particular task, so I reached out to ASF customer service, knowing in advance that I'd get the help I needed. I had a bit of trouble telling Ronel exactly what I needed to do and he solved the issue by asking me to join him on a Zoom call! This made instructing me SO easy and it just took a few minutes. Again, I was already confident I'd get the help I needed, but felt this went above and beyond what I expected!

GBJerome from Art Storefronts very helpful Jerome from Art Storefronts recently helped me to add new material to me portfolio. He was professional, courteous and helpful to fix things until we got it right, including the fact that many of the mistakes were mine. I also appreciated that he notified me when he was done with each step.

GBASF is relentless about marketing ASF is relentless about marketing, which in the beginning I wasn't sure of, but after almost 4 years I guess they know what they're talking about. They provide with a great website, but you just can't sit back and expect sales to happen. Listen to their marketing advice and do your homework.
