Please do your due diligence when… Please do your due diligence when planning to work with this business as these reviews seem fake or like friends of the owner. Venture Plans is run by Arleo Dordar, a known scam artist from Canada, who has a history of shady business practices in connection with his martial arts gym and was fined by the Consumer Protection BC for his scams. There are even news articles online about the scams he ran at K Fitness, and his victims were left with no recourse when he ran away to Los Angeles. I would NOT trust this man with any of your financial information. He is a shady individual. But, don't take my word for it. Do your own research. Stay away!
