SESigned up around end of April, very pleased so far! I signed up with Scalinfinity around the end of April and I am very pleased so far. For months before that, I had trouble with bans which meant I couldn't run ads effectively and it was very inconsistent. Now that I am using their services, I am testing 1 dropshipping product every week and everything is running smoothly. The assets they provide, which for me are the agency accounts, work very well I didn't get banned once. Their agency's ad accounts are of such high quality that they are rarely banned, but I heartily recommend their services to any online business.

ILUnpleasant experience. Unpleasant experience. Contacted the company about a cooperation with one very large client that is successfully running on TikTok, Google, and others for 1.5+ years. I described the full business model, our current Ad spend and our plans. They were more than willing to accommodate us, sent PDFs and an invoice to pay. I told them I need some time to work with the team to which they said "Take your time". We then paid a ~$6K invoice 10 days after first contact, at which point they said they can't work with that client's business model due to “recent changes on Facebook”. + Accusing me of "disappearing" and of contacting 10 days later because "my other agency is down" (never worked with a FB agency before..). Overall - a bad experience. I give 2 stars since they did process the refund promptly. But time was wasted and the communication was bad. The client got onboarded onto another agency (which I won't share here for fairness sake) with no problems.

GBI've had a nice experience with this… I've had a nice experience with this Agency; their services are excellent, and the ad accounts they provide are good .The team is responsive, and I've seen good results from their ad accounts; I suggest them!
