An all-star team and top-notch quality service We've collaborated with Voice Crafters on recording some Arabic voiceovers for a mobile fitness app. It was a relatively small and quick project, but the quality of the service they've provided us with went beyond our expectations. Not only were the voiceovers delivered in a timely, efficient manner, but Mony (the Founder & CEO) was always there to assist with any questions we had at all times. At the beginning of the process, Mony quickly grasped what the job is about and found a solution within hours—confirming the artist, explaining the process, providing with a quote. The quality of the recordings was also top-notch, with almost no need for iterations. Requested tiny adjustments have been delivered at the speed of light, according to our rough estimations. :) Also, their service was not limited to only the job they were supposed to do. For example, we asked if they could make some last-minute adjustments to the script once the project was complete. While it was something outside their job—they did it anyway with absolute understanding and support. They say "do it well or not at all"—Voice Crafters certainly know how to do it well, and now they've raised the bar high for what we will expect from a service like this in the future! We are grateful and would never hesitate to come back for help with our most critical larger-scale projects.
