Pristine Auction I bought a signed Damian Lillard and it came with a stain. After leaving a bad review they reached out to me and offered a partial refund to make things right. With a little bit of water and some elbow grease most of the stain came out. I’m glad that I had a better experience this go round.

Nothing but Quality Products I've been purchasing memorabilia from them for some time. To this point, I have not been disappointed. Recently won a signed Drew Bledsoe in a myster box. I was so happy to pull this. These guys are great in what they do at Pristine Auction

All around great All around great, haven’t had any good pulls in the mystery jerseys or mystery cards etc. so probably just gonna stop wasting money on those. Bad luck on my part? No clue myself and a friend of mine have only gotten commons on all the mystery stuff so far. I’m gonna try again today one last time ugh

I've read a lot of reviews that state… I've read a lot of reviews that state shipping is slow,no customer support and even one that said hidden cost for shipping. I've bought at least 50 items from pristine and each time had no problem at all. Yes shipping wasn't 2 or 3 days but I've gotten everything within a week. Had one issue as to the authentication of an autograph because it looked different from other autos from same player. Support got right back with me and said, if I had it verified through another company and it wasn't authentic they'd give me a refund. They stand behind their autographs 100%. Lastly, the shipping, insurance and buyers premium are right on the listing. So if you don't expect your merchandise overnight bid with confidence. Pristine auction is a reputable company.

The cost added to winning bids is what… The cost added to winning bids is what turned me off. I get it, it’s a company that needs to make money too. eBay has the same thing for no added costs. The “mystery” boxes are a joke. If you want something specific then bid on that but only in the daily no reserve daily auction. The “reserve” prices are laughable. I signed photo I bid on got to $500 and still had a reserve. Stop it with the reserves. Your signed Joe Montana picture isn’t worth over $500. The company is a joke.
